Gathering requirements
The stage of discovering and researching. The most important task at this point is to get a clear understanding of clients' mindset with respect to the project & future goals with it.
Designing the structure
On analysing the information & requirements gathered, the team shall design the database structure & develop the skeleton logic for entire project.
Implementation
Once the structure is freezed, the implmentation work begins. Each project is divided in to small modules & then integrated with to one another.
Testing & Deployment
Any software should always be thoroughly tested before deploying it in production so that your production environment is not threatened by bugs. So, having a proper, streamlined testing process is crucial. Once, the testing is complete, we deploy the project on to the live servers, thus completing the project.
